Armed Security Officers
EKS Security, Inc. management understands that each of our client's needs differ greatly from one another. For this very reason, our management team works with our clients to create custom post orders and procedures. These post orders are a set of mandatory duties which our officers must execute during every shift.
A field supervisor will train all officers assigned to your property on-site. Our officers will maintain a Daily Activity Report (DAR). A DAR is a detailed report that contains a list of: the security officer’s activities during his or her shift, any unusual activities that might have occurred, and/or impairments of the property.
Our security officer will conduct foot patrols of the premises. He/she will be visible to deter or minimize the potential risk of theft and/or vandalism to your property. During their patrols, they will check strategic areas of your property as well as other structures and buildings associated with the site. (e.g., doors, windows, exterior lighting, fencing, pools, club house.)
Unannounced Supervisor Post Inspections:
In order for a system to work efficiently, checks and balances must be set forth. We have a rigorous hiring process, which insures that we hire the best security officers in the industry. In addition, we make routine visits on our security officers to ensure the highest quality service.
Upon arrival, the supervisor will conduct a foot patrol of your property with the on-site security officer. During the post inspection, the Field Supervisor will inspect the officers uniform, personal appearance, and discuss crucial post orders.
The Guard Supervisor will also verify that the officer is completing and updating his or her written report and ensure its legibility. When this is done, the supervisor will make an entry in the security officers DAR and sign it.
